Cancel Your Account

We would be sad to see you go, but we understand things change. If there is anything we could have done to better serve you, please  let us know via email!  We're here to help in any way we can.

If you still wish to stop using Simple In/Out, you can cancel your account right from Here are the steps to delete the company:

  1. Log into using your email address and password.
  2. Click on Settings in the upper-right.
  3. Choose Subscription.
  4. Click the link at the bottom of the page that says Delete the Company.
  5. Fill out the quick questionnaire to finish the process.

Once you delete the company, the account is completely gone; billing is cancelled, data and settings are erased.
