Which devices can use Geofences?

iOS:

All iOS devices must be running iOS 8.0 or later. Older versions of iOS are not supported.

All iPhones from iPhone 4s and up. 
All Cellular iPads from iPad 2 and up. All Wifi iPads iPad 3 and up.

Android:

Android devices running 4.0+ that have Google Play Services installed.
