Why can't I login to FrontDesk?
First things first, FrontDesk is built off of Simple In/Out. You must be using your Simple In/Out account to login to FrontDesk. If you do not have an account, head over to www.simpleinout.com and sign up.
If you do have an account, you will need to have the Administrator role that allows you to manage the company and users. This is required so that not just any user can setup a FrontDesk device and change other user statuses without your permission. If you do not have the required permissions with the role you have been assigned, you'll need to get another user who is an Administrator to modify your role or sign into the FrontDesk device.
