Why can't I login to FrontDesk?
First things first, FrontDesk is built off of Simple In/Out. You must be using your Simple In/Out account to login to FrontDesk. If you do not have an account, head over to www.simpleinout.com and sign up.
If you do have an account, be sure that you have ALL three permissions within Simple In/Out; it is required to run FrontDesk.
- Admin Permissions
- Change Own Status
- Change Others Status
If you do not have one of the required permissions, get another Admin user to modify your permissions.
