OPPO Issues

Overview

We don't have a lot of data on OPPO devices.  We know that some devices are affected.  If you are using an OPPO device and this solution does not work for you or you need additional assistance, please email us at help@simplymadeapps.com.

Resolution

Background services are being killed when you turn the screen off.  Follow all of these steps to resolve this problem...
- Pin the Simple In/Out app to the recents apps screen
- Enable Simple In/Out in the app list inside of the security app's "Startup Manager" and "Floating App List"
- Turn off battery optimization
