Lenovo Issues

We do not have much information about Lenovo devices.  Your device may not have this option.  Please email us at help@simplymadeapps.com if you are experiencing issues on a Lenovo device and this solution does not work or apply to your device.


- For an app to work in the background, we need to 'lock' it while it is running.
Enable the 'padlock icon' for our app in the right top corner in the overview of running apps.  Do not swipe the app away.

- Settings > Apps > Simple In/Out > Battery > Turn battery/power optimizations off.
