Overview

There are many different Android device manufacturers and it is impossible for us to test them all.  Some of the much less popular device manufacturers may have issues with background apps like Simple In/Out.

Because we don't have a lot of data for these devices, we can't provide solutions in great detail.

Settings > Background Task Clear > White list > Make sure Simple In/Out is on the whitelist

- LeTV
Add Simple In/Out to the Auto Boot whitelist
